Pre-orders open on Tuesday, Feb 11th and the last day to order will be on Friday, 2/28 by 10AM to pick up on Sunday, 3/2. Order here, choose your favorite flavors, and select your preferred pick-up date and location at check-out.

  • Pre-Orders Open: Tues, 2/11 at 12 PM (We had a late start bbs!)

  • Pre-Orders Close: Friday, 2/28 at 10 AM

📍 Pick-Up Dates & Locations

  • Sun, 2/16:

    • Hola Coffee: 8:30A - 2 PM

    • VERB Studios: 8:30 AM - 11 AM

  • Sunday, 2/23:

    • Hola Coffee: 8:30A - 2 PM

    • VERB Studios: 8:30 AM - 11 AM

  • Sunday, 3/2:

    • Hola Coffee: 8:30A - 2 PM

    • VERB Studios: 8:30 AM - 11 AM

VERB Riders:

  • If you select 2/16 VERB Studios as your pick-up location, you’ll have until the following Saturday, 2/22 to grab your order during your scheduled class time.

  • If you select 2/23 VERB Studios, you’ll have until Saturday, 3/1 to pick up your order during your scheduled class times.

  • If you select 3/2 VERB Studios, you’ll have until Saturday, 3/8 to pick up your order during your scheduled class times.

Pick-up Policy:

  • As our pick-ups happen at other local businesses, we kindly ask for your understanding, patience, and punctuality to respect our team and theirs. If you can’t make your scheduled pick-up, please try to arrange for someone else to pick up on your behalf. Each batch is handmade in our home kitchen with no preservatives, so our ‘shelf-life’ is shorter to keep everything fresh and wholesome.

  • You have until 11:59pm on the Friiday prior to CHANGE your location/date (to one that is listed) only. We can’t guarantee alternative times or late pick-ups after that deadline—this helps us ensure fridge space, reduce food waste, and manage costs sustainably. This can only be done by emailing sofie@naughtyballs.co

  • No refunds after purchases or any other exceptions.

 FAQs

  • A drop is a limited-time opportunity to pre-order Naughty Balls. We open pre-orders once a month for a short period. During this time, you place your order, choose your pick-up location, and then pick up on the scheduled dates!

  • Pre-order during our monthly drop by visiting naughtybals.co/shop during the pre-order window.

    Our next drop opens MON 12/9. Select your favorite flavors and complete your order, choosing your preferred pick-up location and date at checkout

  • Next Pre-order opens 12/9 + closes 12/20.


  • Due to limited time, space, and freshness requirements, we cannot guarantee alternative pick-up times or reschedule missed pick-ups. Please try to have someone pick up on your behalf if you’re unavailable. No refunds.

  • Each batch is handmade to order, and we coordinate with pick-up locations in advance.

  • We currently offer local pick-up only at select locations:

    • For VERB Clients: Pick up at VERB Studios during our drop window + at your scheduled class time.

    • For Non-VERB Clients: Pick-up at either Hola Coffee or VERB Studios at our designated dates + times. Found here.

  • We do not offer refunds for missed pick-ups or no-shows. This policy helps us manage costs and minimize food waste since each order is made fresh and exactly to order.
